Ki Foundation

Ki Foundation operates the $XKI token, described as the 'loyalty layer' of an ecosystem of projects. Users stake XKI for a chosen duration to earn a multiplier and receive rewards paid out in the native tokens of every project built on the XKI infrastructure, rather than picking individual winners.

Description

Ki Foundation is the entity behind $XKI, a token positioned as shared infrastructure underpinning multiple ecosystem projects. Stakers lock XKI for durations ranging from 3 to 36 months, earning tiered multipliers (Explorer through Visionary) that determine their share of fees and rewards generated across the ecosystem, distributed in each project's native token via a multi-token, pull-based rewards mechanism. The foundation frames this as 'stakeholder capitalism' — an alternative to traditional equity where users who commit early to the infrastructure capture value as the ecosystem grows, rather than that value flowing to shareholders or platforms. XKI has a fixed supply of 1.2 billion tokens as an ERC-20 on Ethereum mainnet, with allocations for airdrops/claims, treasury, staking rewards, team, and ecosystem, plus deflationary burn mechanics for early unstaking. Ecosystem projects built on XKI include Dar Society (hospitality/Web3 loyalty in Marrakech, marked 'Coming Soon') and references to other ventures (Gordon.fi, Atom) whose fees flow back to XKI stakers. The project is associated with Réda Berrehili, founder of Klub, XKI, and Dar Society, who authored an accompanying manifesto ('Le Petit Livre Bleu') on the underlying philosophy.
