Kokonut Network

Kokonut Network is a Web3, community-governed cooperative for regenerative agriculture that connects Web3 communities, regenerative builders, and capital allocators to live syntropic farms. It issues governance tokens backed 1:1 by real coconut trees and uses public MRV (satellite, drone, and on-chain attestations) to verify farm activity. Its typical participants are DAO members/capital allocators, agronomists, ReFi builders, researchers, and community organizers.

Description

Kokonut Network is a blockchain-based cooperative that closes the capital, coordination, and governance gap faced by grassroots coconut farmers, who control less than 10% of the global coconut market. Its DAO coordinates capital via stablecoin tributes to a treasury, minting governance tokens backed 1:1 by real coconut trees through proposals; a repeatable 'Kokonut Framework' standardizes farm operations (syntropic agriculture, farmer training, infrastructure, and reporting); and MRV systems (satellite imagery, drone data, soil probes, GPS plant tracking, and EAS attestations) publish verifiable ecological and production data. Guilds and Guild Points reward contributors such as agronomists, researchers, developers, and community organizers who improve the Framework or build tools, and farm revenue flows back to token holders, contributors, and local communities as trees are replanted and new farms join. Its flagship live project, Adelphi Farm, is a women-led syntropic farm in Gonzalo, Monte Plata, Dominican Republic, serving as public proof of the model with live harvest, biodiversity, and MRV data. The network serves Web3 communities, regenerative/ReFi builders, capital allocators, and DAO members interested in real-world regenerative agriculture assets.
