These passports provide protocols with an insightful view of their users, enabling better decision-making and the ability to reward good on-chain behavior. Kudo's identity scoring mechanisms leverage alternative data sources and activities like on-chain credit behavior, airdrop participation, and farming activity to assess reputation. The higher a user's score, the more access they have to borrowing, airdrops, and other opportunities.
