The Lifelong Learning Platform (LLLP) is an EU-wide network of NGOs active in education and training. Its members represent more than 60,000 educational institutions and associations covering formal, non-formal and informal learning, reaching millions of beneficiaries and volunteers across Europe. LLLP engages with EU policymakers, publishes position papers and glossaries, hosts podcasts and events, and advocates on behalf of the education and training community.

The Lifelong Learning Platform (LLLP) is a Brussels-based network bringing together NGOs active in education and training across the European Union. Its membership base spans more than 60,000 educational institutions and associations covering formal, non-formal and informal learning, collectively reaching millions of beneficiaries and active volunteers. LLLP engages in policy dialogue with EU institutions such as the European Parliament and European Commission, holds an annual General Assembly, and publishes position papers, glossaries, and an annual thematic campaign (e.g. 'Reimagining validation and recognition' for 2026, '21st century challenges for the educator profession' for 2024) to advance lifelong learning policy. It also produces content such as the Teachers of Europe Podcast, organizes and supports events like the Social Innovation Forum and the Lifelong Learning Awards, and collaborates with other education initiatives such as the European Skills & VET Week. Its primary audience and constituency are member NGOs, educators, trainers, students, and EU policymakers involved in education and training.
