Lightning Bitcoin
Lightning Bitcoin (LBTC) is a fully decentralized, DPoS-based blockchain protocol designed for fast, low-cost global payments and peer-to-peer transactions. It uses an on-chain governance system that lets LBTC holders vote on blockchain improvement proposals and elect 101 delegate lightning nodes to validate transactions. The project serves crypto users, exchanges, and wallet providers seeking a fast, low-fee alternative to Bitcoin for transfers and payments.

Description
Lightning Bitcoin (LBTC) presents itself as a fully decentralized Internet-of-value protocol built on Bitcoin's infrastructure, aimed at enabling instant, secure, and nearly-free global financial transactions of any size. Its core applications include peer-to-peer transfers and support for exchange platforms. The protocol uses a Delegated Proof of Stake (DPoS) consensus mechanism, allowing coin holders to elect 101 lightning nodes as validators/delegates, and features an on-chain governance system through which holders vote on blockchain improvement proposals, aiming to reduce centralization relative to Bitcoin. LBTC offers a suite of wallets (Light Wallet, Full Node Wallet, and mobile wallets for Android and iOS) and a block explorer, and is listed on several exchanges (including ZB, CoinEgg, MXC, BiKi, AEX, and ZG) and supported by third-party wallets like Cobo, Bying, HyperPay, and Magnum Wallet. Its roadmap covers both technical protocol enhancements (transaction signature algorithms, OP_RETURN opcode functions, token issuance, transaction privacy) and user-experience improvements (multi-sig support, on-chain governance in wallets, and a governance council).Grant Funding
