Description

Founded in 2018 (originally as Liquid Mortgage), LiquidFi builds technology to solve data integrity, transparency, and efficiency challenges in the post-origination mortgage ecosystem. Its core products include Digital Asset Management, which creates a unique blockchain-based digital asset for each underlying loan; Liquid Archive, a permissioned, contributor-linked and hashed repository of loan data and documents for origination, diligence, servicing, and borrower records; and Liquid Verify, which continuously monitors Liquid Archive contents to confirm the location, existence, and originality of documents. LiquidFi acts as a Distributed Ledger Agent for securitization trusts, recording daily servicer payments on-chain and adjusting loan balances, cutting investor reporting timelines from roughly 55 days to under 30 minutes. The company serves residential (prime jumbo, non-QM, NPL/RPL, fix-and-flip), single-family rental, multifamily/commercial, and other lending asset classes, working with originators, investors, aggregators, servicers, diligence firms, warehouse lenders, service providers, and regulators. As of its latest reporting, the platform had processed $21.7 billion in loan UPB, 29,308 loans onboarded, and $8.5 billion in payments recorded across 59 securitizations, and it holds US Patent #11,068,978 for its decentralized loan and securities management technology.
