Description

Marinade is a liquid staking protocol on the Solana blockchain that allows users to stake their SOL tokens in exchange for "marinated SOL" (mSOL) tokens. These mSOL tokens can be used in various decentralized finance (DeFi) applications, enabling users to earn staking rewards while maintaining liquidity. The protocol automates the delegation of SOL across hundreds of high-performing validators to enhance network security and decentralization. Marinade offers both Native Staking (non-custodial) and Liquid Staking with mSOL. The platform is governed by the Marinade DAO through its MNDE token, where token holders can participate in decisions regarding the protocol's development, treasury, and future direction. Marinade serves a range of customers, including Treasuries, Wallets, Exchanges, and Custodians.
