Description

Mero (previously Backd) operated Ethereum liquidity pools for assets including DAI, ETH, USDC, USDT, and FRAX. Its reactive-liquidity offering supported collateral top-ups and debt repayments for borrowers on Aave and Compound, with keeper bots protecting registered liquidity providers from liquidation. Mero announced that its front end would be deprecated, deposits would cease, and the protocol would officially shut down on July 4, 2024; users were instructed to withdraw funds by January 1, 2025 or interact with contracts directly thereafter.
