MeshMap is a platform for discovering and creating immersive, place-based XR experiences like games, tours, and art. It provides a Unity SDK to simplify the XR workflow, allowing creators to design and publish their content. A core part of the platform is building the largest open 3D map of the world, encouraging users to contribute scans from various devices. These maps serve as a foundational data source for location-based spatial apps. MeshMap supports VR, AR, and MR, with a focus on AR content. The platform integrates blockchain technology, allowing users to connect a crypto wallet to receive NFTs for their map contributions, with future plans to expand crypto usage for network ownership and rewards.Grant Funding
