Moonbirds is a collection of 10,000 pixel art owl NFTs on the Ethereum blockchain created by PROOF Collective in April 2022. Each Moonbird features algorithmically-generated traits designed by artist Justin Mezzell. Holders gain access to PROOF's private Discord community, exclusive art drops, events, and rewards through a staking mechanism called nesting. The collection was acquired by Yuga Labs in February 2024 and integrated into the Otherside metaverse ecosystem. Moonbirds allows users to switch between pixelated and illustrated artwork styles with personal and commercial use rights.
