New NSBT is issued when users lock WAVES in the contract. Holders can stake NSBT to receive gNSBT and gain access to XTN buying and selling, community voting, and protocol-fee rewards. SURF is a derivative token whose holders can stake it to receive gNSBT and related benefits, including XTN buy/sell access, protocol-fee rewards, and Neutrino governance voting power subject to a delay. When XTN’s Base Buy Price reaches 1.15 USD, a portion of staked SURF is automatically converted to XTN; the process may require multiple conversion cycles.
