Noncepad

Noncepad is a Web3 infrastructure company that lets users monetize idle compute power and server bandwidth. Its flagship product, Solpipe, runs a continuous bandwidth auction enabling peer-to-peer buying and selling of API bandwidth, while its second product, SafeJar, enables secure, rule-based spending of crypto assets for organizations. It serves developers, businesses with server resources, and organizations seeking to spend crypto on real-world services, as well as Solana validators.

Description

SafeJar offers a mechanically easy way for organizations to deploy working capital to employees by delegating funds from a "Jar" to a "Delegation Account" governed by customizable on-chain rule sets. These rules (Authorizer Constraint, Program Constraint, Balance Constraint, Rate Limiter, Sweep, and SweepV2) define who can spend, where funds can be sent, and enforce rate limits, letting companies control where and how crypto assets are spent while reducing the risk of direct transfers. Developed alongside the Solpipe auction protocol, SafeJar aims to make it possible to spend crypto assets on real-world services as an alternative to traditional payment rails, serving organizations seeking safer, more flexible, automated crypto spending operations.

Description

Solpipe is a transparent proxy for continuous bandwidth auctioning, currently in alpha and available only for testing purposes. It allows service operators to define services using Protocol Buffers (via gRPC), enter the market quickly (online in about 15 minutes), and price access automatically through throttling based on server capacity and demand. Use cases include Solana transaction processing (staking pools pooling validator TPS bandwidth and proxying RPC send-transaction requests), SaaS marketplaces using dynamic per-request pricing to replace payment processors and user registration, and auctioning access to physical infrastructure such as GPU or RAM. Solpipe also runs a validator network where Solana validator operators can join to earn rewards for providing secure, efficient network access.
