Through its wholly owned subsidiary, Ohanae Securities LLC, it provides a broker-dealer-based platform designed to support primary issuance, secondary trading, custody of crypto asset securities and private keys, transfer-agency services, and real-time settlement using Ohanae Coin (OUSD).
