Opolis acts as an Employer of Record (EoR), enabling freelancers to run their own payroll, receive consistent semi-monthly paystubs, and a W2. The platform offers access to group benefits, including health insurance, health savings accounts, 401K plans, unemployment, and life insurance, leveraging the community's size to potentially reduce premium costs. It also simplifies tax remittance by automatically withholding and processing the necessary taxes. Furthermore, members can earn rewards for utilizing the platform's services.
