Pairwise is a voting tool that simplifies decision-making in decentralized funding rounds by having users compare two projects at a time rather than ranking long lists. It combines pairwise comparisons with the BudgetBox aggregation algorithm to produce fair, accurate project rankings, and is used by delegates in programs like Optimism's retroactive public goods funding.
