Pharos Network

Pharos Network

Pharos Network is a modular, full-stack, parallel L1 blockchain designed for high performance and scalability. It features a three-layer architecture (Base, Core, Extension) that supports custom Special Processing Networks (SPNs), native restaking for shared security, and interoperability. The platform provides open-source modular components for developers to build and customize L2/L3 systems and integrates with restaking protocols like Babylon and Eigenlayer.

Description

Pharos Network is a high-speed, EVM-compatible Layer 1 blockchain designed to integrate and unify Web2 and Web3 assets, including Real World Assets (RWA) and Traditional Finance (TradFi) capital. It operates on a modular, full-stack parallel architecture structured into three layers: L1-Base for data availability, L1-Core for high-throughput processing, and L1-Extension for custom Special Processing Networks (SPNs) and shared security via native restaking with protocols like Babylon and Eigenlayer. The platform aims for high performance with up to 50,000 transactions per second and sub-second finality, supporting real-time applications such as on-chain order book DEXs, institutional RWA management, and scalable Decentralized Physical Infrastructure Networks (DePIN). Pharos ensures security through optimal Byzantine-fault tolerance and formal verification, and offers extensibility with WASM and VM interoperability for developers to build custom L2/L3 systems.
