Pirate Chain

Pirate Chain (ARRR) is a privacy-focused cryptocurrency project describing itself as "the world's most private cryptocurrency." It uses mandatory zero-knowledge proofs (zk-SNARKs) and shielded transactions to ensure sender, recipient, and transaction data remain fully private, combined with Delayed Proof of Work (dPoW) for security against 51% attacks. The project is 100% open source, has no premine, no ICO, and no dev tax, and is maintained by a volunteer community of developers.

Maintainer Intelligence

This view starts from the canonical internal-employee model. A maintainer is an internal employee who merged at least one pull request in a non-fork repository; external contributors, bots, and PR authors are not treated as causal. Active leads have merged within the last three months.
