Launched in May 2021, RACA describes itself as a community-driven decentralized autonomous organization and Web3 solutions provider. It develops and operates the USM 3D metaverse, where users can explore states, acquire land and virtual assets, socialize, and build; it also operates an NFT marketplace for USM land, Metamon, and other RACA-branded NFTs.
