Resolution Alignment, Inc. is the renamed legal successor to Timaeus Research, Inc. It was briefly announced as Sequent in June 2026 before adopting the Resolution name. The institute combines former Timaeus researchers with researchers from the UK AISI Alignment Team, with a major in-person presence in Berkeley and remote researchers elsewhere.Open Roles
