Description

Rosen Bridge is an open-source protocol for cross-chain asset transfers, designed around Ergo as a secure and cost-efficient hub to minimize smart contract exposure on bridged chains. Its architecture relies on two layers: Watchers, who monitor and report bridge-related events across integrated blockchains (such as Cardano, Bitcoin, and Ethereum), and Guards, a federated multisignature-controlled group responsible for processing events and executing transactions. The protocol uses the RSN utility token as a sybil-resistance and collateral mechanism, a fee distribution tool, and a means to access Rosen's services, with rewards and slashing incentivizing honest behavior. Rosen serves crypto users and projects across multiple chains seeking to bridge assets, and works with ecosystem partners such as Nautilus, Machina Finance, Spectrum, ErgoPad, Lilium, Minotaur, ErgoRaffle, Duckpools, Zengate, and Sigmanauts.
