The SoftBank Vision Fund Emerge program partners with underrepresented founders to provide capital, access to SoftBank's professional network and portfolio companies, daily educational programming designed with experts from SoftBank and WeWork Labs, dedicated mentorship, and a showcase event in front of top investors and industry partners. The program, alongside leading EU seed investors, has driven investment into a diverse cohort of companies spanning fintech, insurtech, healthtech, construction, food, and consumer technology sectors, aiming to increase innovation by expanding access to capital and networks for founders from all backgrounds. The program has launched a European cohort and reported an $8.7m investment drive into start-ups led by underrepresented founders.
