Sphinx is building a proprietary exchange stack for continuous trading in U.S. power, natural gas, and compute markets. The platform is designed to provide perpetual swaps and dated futures, cross-market margining, real-time risk management, continuous order books, and near-instant T+0 settlement on chain-agnostic institutional blockchain infrastructure. Intended clients include data centers and hyperscalers, battery and storage operators, renewable producers, utilities, marketers, industrials, commodity funds, new market entrants, and retail traders. Products are in development and institutional access is limited to eligible jurisdictions.
