The Stellar Tokenlaunchpad specifically allows users to create Soroban-based assets on the Stellar network, supporting Albedo, Freighter, Ledger and Trezor wallets, while a companion EVM-compatible, multi-chain launchpad allows creation of generic and security tokens.
