Description

Stormbit is a decentralized borrowing and lending protocol on Arbitrum that checks LTV only at origination, preventing liquidations during the loan term. Lenders deposit USDC into ERC-4626 vaults and earn yield from volatility premiums embedded in borrower rates. Borrowers post BTC or ETH as collateral and receive fixed-rate terms priced upfront via the Underwriting Surface (LTV × Duration × Volatility). Undeployed USDC earns additional base yield through an Aave V3 integration. The protocol is audited by Pashov and Cantina.
