STR8FIRE aims to make blockbuster entertainment IP investable as on-chain assets. Its proposed four-layer architecture combines capital, an IP reserve, tokenization, and DeFi, with STR8FUND I described as a $100M Sukuk fund. The organization plans Tokenized IP Offerings (TIPOs) that provide allocations based on staking and engagement, alongside early access, voting rights, revenue sharing, and other token-holder benefits. Its IP slate includes Angryfoot, Virus, ODB/DU, THEXII, and Balistyx.
