Tokensoft provides a chain-agnostic, white-labeled, non-custodial platform for regulated tokenization, supporting compliance, capital formation, and community campaigns for institutional projects. Its Compliance offering includes token foundation setup and management, legal templates, integrated KYC/KYB, accredited investor checks, document signing, and PII data hosting. Its Capital offering supports equity raises, private and public token sales (Reg D, Reg S, Reg A+, and Securities Act of 1933 registered offerings), and token allocation management tools. Its Campaigns offering provides custom invite links, verified socials, notifications, and analytics for airdrops, ambassador/grant programs, and hackathons. Tokensoft co-authored ERC-1404, the Ethereum standard for SEC-compliant token transfer restrictions, and operates Knox Wallet, a cold storage multi-signature Ethereum wallet with hardware security module (HSM) integration for institutional custody.
