tplus presents itself as “the first prime exchange,” combining sub-millisecond offchain trade confirmation with delayed settlement into external onchain and offchain liquidity sources. Its proposed offering includes a private immutable exchange environment, cross-margining, matched-book margin-driven leverage, support for crypto, equities, commodities, and other assets, and connections to decentralized exchanges, centralized exchanges, and custodians. The website currently offers waitlist registration for future access.
