Built on Passpoint, Hotspot 2.0, OpenRoaming, RADIUS/Diameter, and WRIX-compatible settlement, it aims to replace bilateral agreements and manual reconciliation with marketplace discovery, dynamic pricing, automated accounting, and auditable settlement.
