Velodrome Finance is a next-generation Automated Market Maker (AMM) and the world's first MetaDEX, designed to be the central liquidity hub for the Superchain ecosystem. It combines features from Curve, Convex, and Uniswap, enabling protocols to build deep liquidity efficiently and allowing users to execute low-fee swaps and earn rewards. The protocol operates on a flywheel model where liquidity providers earn $VELO token emissions. $VELO holders can lock their tokens to receive $veVELO, an NFT that grants voting power over emission distribution and a share of protocol trading fees.
