Waterfall DeFi presents a decentralized-finance protocol that aggregates curated DeFi yield strategies, including lending vaults and AMMs, into portfolios. Each portfolio is divided into tranches with different payment priority, risk, and yield characteristics: senior tranches receive cash flows first and target fixed, lower-risk returns, while junior tranches assume lower payment seniority in exchange for potentially higher dynamic yields.
