It brings together Web3 enthusiasts, job seekers, and companies to showcase career opportunities across the industry through exhibitor booths, panel discussions, keynotes, and hands-on workshops covering topics like hackathons, AI in Web3, RWA tokenization, Layer 2 scaling, and the future of work. The event features a Lightning pitch area for individuals to present projects, announcements, or skills to the community. It serves talents (300+ attendees), exhibiting companies (100+ opportunities), and speakers (30+) from the Web3 ecosystem, and is co-built with a range of sponsor and partner projects aiming to build a trusted and sustainable source of Web3 talent.
