Description
X Protocol is an open-source, Rust-built cross-chain protocol that powers a connected on-chain economy for the X-Metaverse. Its suite includes the X Cross-Chain Bridge, a trustless two-way relay-chain bridge for moving assets between chains such as Ethereum and BSC; X Predict Market, a decentralized prediction market built on an FPMM; an NFT Marketplace supporting minting, trading, auctions, fragmentation, and collateral lending; X-Metaverse, a metaverse application portal offering land economy and low-cost DApp access across heterogeneous chains; and Equal Identity, a decentralized cross-chain identity system using persistent virtual avatars. The protocol is coordinated by its native token POT, which is used for settlement in the prediction market, community tipping, and DAO voting. X Protocol received a Wave 0 Web3 Foundation Grant and deploys across five chains: Polkadot, Solana, Polygon, Ethereum, and BSC.
