Description
XEL is an open-source project creating a decentralized, trustless supercomputer by leveraging blockchain technology to disrupt the market for computing power. The platform allows users to execute a wide range of self-programmable tasks using its proprietary C-like programming language, ElasticPL (ePL), which is designed for secure and predictable execution on a decentralized virtual machine. The system is ideal for applications in data visualization, modeling, simulations, and testing AI/ML algorithms. Users interact with the network via the XELINE Wallet to submit, monitor, and retrieve results from their computational jobs. The network's computational power is supplied by participants running the XEL Miner software, who contribute their CPU and GPU resources. The platform features an asymmetric verification model and a dual-incentive structure, rewarding participants with both smaller, regular proof-of-work payments for their contributions and larger 'bounty' payments for successfully finding solutions to tasks.
