Xoogler is a global community of over 30,000 (elsewhere cited as 35,000+) current and former Googlers dedicated to extending Google's culture and values into the broader startup ecosystem. The community focuses on networking, collaboration, mentorship, and growth, offering resources such as an expert network, newsletter, events (including a Demo Day in Bengaluru), and a Slack community with 1,000+ members. It supports members by helping companies hire Xooglers, assisting Xooglers in finding new opportunities, connecting startups with funding and investors, and celebrating community achievements. Xoogler operates as an initiative under The Network Institute and has a partnership with Google's AI Futures Fund, serving startup founders, executives, investors, and professionals who are part of or engage with the Google alumni network.
