Description
Yieldz is a real-world asset (RWA) tokenization platform that issues YLDZ, a $1-pegged digital asset yield security backed by HPC (high performance compute) data center mining operations. Token holders receive variable monthly Bitcoin (wBTC) distributions generated by containerized hashing data centers through Derivative Mining, a strategy that converts electricity into compute power. Tokens are structured as a Reg D 506(c) private offering with a 365-day lockup period.
