21Private is the exclusive, invitation-only premium service tier of 21bitcoin, the Bitcoin investment app operated by FIOR Digital GmbH, an Austrian FMA-authorized crypto-asset service provider under MiCAR (Regulation (EU) 2023/1114). It is reserved for clients with an annual investment volume over €100,000 or planned investments over €1 million, in contrast to the base "Individual" 21bitcoin tier available from €10. 21Private clients receive a dedicated relationship manager, OTC desk purchases, 24/7 priority customer support via telephone, analysis and reporting tools, insured BTC custody in cold storage, instant SEPA deposits up to €100,000, and reduced trading fees tiered from 0.99% (over €100,000) down to 0.49% (over €1 million), compared to the standard fee structure for retail users. The service also includes dedicated assistance with inheritance and estate planning. Onboarding begins with a free scheduled call with the 21bitcoin team, followed by personalized planning and ongoing execution support. 21Private is positioned distinctly from 21Business, which targets companies adding Bitcoin to their balance sheets.
