3F Labs operates 3F, a protocol currently in private beta on Ethereum mainnet that positions itself as the best place to leverage real-world assets (RWAs) onchain. For leverage takers, the protocol lets users pick a tokenized RWA vault, set a leverage ratio, and have 3F coordinate flash loans, bridge facilitators, and liquidations behind the scenes. For lenders, users can deposit stablecoins (USDC/USDT) into Morpho-powered lending vaults to earn yield by lending against RWAs, with transparent risk parameters, no lock-ups, and highly liquid positions. The protocol serves both retail depositors seeking yield or leveraged exposure and institutions that contribute bespoke, permissioned liquidity for bridge services and liquidation facilitation via a whitelisted front-end. 3F Labs raised a $4M seed round led by Maven 11, with participation from F-Prime, Metalayer Ventures, GSR, Susquehanna Crypto, and Gate Ventures.
