It runs 6–8 week cycles from opportunity scouting through MVP development and pilots with enterprise design partners, then scales or sunsets ventures. Its shared-services platform supports engineering and AI infrastructure, legal and compliance, finance and investor relations, HR and talent, QA, and security. The Entrepreneur in Residence path involves validating opportunities, designing MVPs, securing pilots, supporting implementations and ROI measurement, and may lead to a subsidiary CEO role.
