ALTERNATIVE is a Luxembourg-registered securitisation fund that provides professional investors with access to MSME financing across emerging markets. The fund raises capital through bond subscriptions denominated in EUR, CHF, and USD, deploying that capital into a portfolio of lending, leasing, and mobility companies operating across multiple countries in Europe, the Caucasus, and Central Asia. Access is restricted to professional clients as defined under MiFID II.
