ArCoin represents shares in the Arca U.S. Treasury Fund, a registered closed-end interval fund that invests at least 80% of its assets in U.S. Treasury bills and notes. Holding ArCoin requires AML/KYC through the token’s smart-contract structure, and the shares may be transferred in individually negotiated peer-to-peer transactions using blockchain technology.
