Astar zkEVM was a Layer 2 scaling solution using Polygon's zero-knowledge technology and Chain Development Kit for off-chain transaction execution with Ethereum finality. The platform offered EVM equivalence and native account abstraction while connecting to Polygon's AggLayer for cross-chain operations. As of March 2025, Astar zkEVM has been deprecated and is no longer accessible.
