ASX Clear clears shares, warrants, structured products, exchange-traded funds, exchange-traded options, and OTC equity and index options traded on ASX Trade or submitted through approved market operators and ASX Equity FlexClear. Its scope includes transaction novation, risk management and margining, operating rules, clearing-participant services, and related regulatory and operational processes. It is regulated by the Reserve Bank of Australia and the Australian Securities and Investments Commission.
