ASX Clear (Futures) provides central counterparty clearing for exchange-traded and eligible over-the-counter derivatives. It accepts and novates trades, manages open contracts, calculates variation and initial margins, supports collateral and settlement arrangements, and provides netting efficiencies and counterparty credit protection for clearing participants and their clients.
