Bank3 is a proposed decentralized anonymous-deposit system for Ethereum. Senders deposit ETH for a specified wallet or DAO through a smart contract, while receivers can later withdraw funds without exposing their remaining Bank3 balance. The proposal also describes a light-dark variant and a DAO-focused design that uses governance proposals and threshold key sharing for withdrawals.
