Basenames is a decentralised naming service on Base that enables users to register human-readable wallet identifiers such as username.base as fully on-chain NFTs. Built on ENS infrastructure, Basenames are portable across Base ecosystem applications and function as an on-chain identity layer. Names are priced by character length and registered through base.org/names.
