Basilisk is a decentralized non-custodial liquidity market where users can participate by lending or borrowing. Lenders provide liquidity to the market and earn interest, while borrowers can take over-collateralized loans. The protocol is fully community-owned and governed by Basilisk Liquidity Providers (BLPs).
