Big SisterUp was created to support young women entrepreneurs in Venezuela through mentorship, inclusion, gender-focused support, and practical entrepreneurship training. Its first implementation paired 30 junior entrepreneurs with 5 senior entrepreneurs and covered business models, MVPs, elevator pitches, ethics, social impact, circular economy, and sustainable business models.
