Billions Chain is an EVM-compatible Layer 2 network operated by Billions Network, built on the Polygon CDK stack and connected to Agglayer for cross-chain interoperability. The chain serves as the settlement layer for the Billions identity registry, agent identity NFT contracts, the BILL token, and the public attestations registry. A Blockscout-based block explorer provides transaction visibility and contract verification.
