National Bitcoin Office (ONBTC) is an autonomous unit in El Salvador’s Office of the President. It designs, coordinates and evaluates all state projects related to Bitcoin adoption, manages outreach to investors and the global Bitcoin community, operates the bitcoin.gob.sv treasury-tracking website and runs training programs such as CUBO+ for civil servants and students.
