Bitwise Core Bitcoin ETP (BTC1) is an open-ended, Germany-domiciled, fully asset-backed debt security issued by Bitwise Europe GmbH. It provides exchange-traded exposure to Bitcoin, is physically allocated and 100% backed by Bitcoin held in cold-storage custody, and uses the CME CF Bitcoin Reference Rate as its benchmark. The product is tradable through standard securities accounts on European exchanges.
